Starting a build-out raises a lot of questions. Here are the ones practice owners ask us most.

Good questions

Before you get started.

The questions practice owners ask us most. Do not see yours here? Call 888-302-6111 or start a project and we will answer it.

The first item is finding a location. It should be practical and will need to be approved by the city before anything can be built. Your leasing agent or broker can help, but it is often best to contact the local planning commission for the area you are considering.
It is very hard to finalize a number without plans. Many factors change the final pricing, including whether the practice is on a ground or upper level, whether the location has sprinklers or medical gas, and the building type and style of construction.
The design phase can be one of the most exciting parts of a project. This is where we get to know the style and type of practice you want, then put those ideas to paper and design the office around your goals, our ideas, and the required building and health codes.
All County Construction is a team-oriented company, and our clients are part of that team. The process begins with meetings and conversations about the type and style of practice to be designed, and then built.
This is a common question with many answers. It is best viewed as a team decision among your CPA, your finance person, and your contractor. Every practice, whether a startup or an established office, is in a unique situation, so what worked for a colleague is not automatically right for you.
We can make recommendations, and for specific questions on functionality and price we bring in a specialist in that area. Many practices we build today are high-tech, and many more are built high-tech ready for what comes next.
